Through their personalized consultations they strive to not only connect with their patients and provide exceptional results, but also insight on products and procedures best suited for each patient’s specific needs.

Nicole Bauer

MSN, APRN, FNP-C BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER | AESTHETIC INJECTOR I LICENSED AESTHETICIAN

As an award-winning clinician and aesthetic injector with over 5 years of experience, I have a true passion for aesthetic nursing and injectables. I take pride in enhancing each of my client’s natural beauty and am very detail-oriented in everything I do. I take time with each client to educate and assess how to achieve and maintain optimal results. I believe education is key to ensuring I am using the most state-of-the-art and up-to-date techniques and products. This allows me to achieve the very best results and outcomes for each and every patient while also providing them with a level of education not typically provided.

Melissa LaMarca

MPAS, PA-C, Board Certified Physician Assistant, Aesthetic Injector

Having been an NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant for 8 years, 6 of which have been focused on plastic surgery, I have the ability to connect with and care for patients on a level that promotes successful outcomes, excellent results, and quality care. I am a firm believer that no two patients are alike, and I take extreme pride in educating each one in order to achieve both optimal and natural results. I also pride myself on staying up to date on all new injectables, techniques, and safety protocols, always keeping my patients’ best interests in mind.

Grace Acciardi

BSN, RN, Aesthetic Injector, Licensed Aesthetician

Grace is a Registered Nurse and licensed aesthetician in New Jersey with over 4 years of experience. Holding a BA degree from Rutgers University, and is a graduate of New York University, earning her Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN). While at NYU, she co-founded the Dermatology and Aesthetics Nursing Student Association, a student-led organization dedicated to promoting knowledge and professional development in the fields of dermatology and aesthetic nursing. She views aesthetics as a transformative tool that elevates both outer beauty and inner confidence. Educating her clients is foundational to her practice, ensuring they understand their options fully and empowering them to make choices aligned with their goals and values.

Brittany Selementi

Brittany is a licensed aesthetician with a background in skincare and cosmetic sales. She also happens to have an inherited skill and love for the industry, as she grew up in a family-owned salon and spa. She has participated in various continuing education courses through the years and has found her true niche and passion in medical aesthetics and lash lift services. She believes product and service education to be her most important role as an aesthetician, as she strives to help her clients build a better relationship with their skincare. Her focus is for her clients to recognize that regardless of their age, genetics or skin type, they can achieve healthy skin with a solid and consistent routine.

Samantha Rios

Medical Assistant

As the first face you see upon entering our state-of-the-art facility, Samantha’s calm and kind demeanor will put you at ease. With over 6 years of experience working in the field of aesthetics and plastic surgery, her vast knowledge allows her to assist and answer any questions that may arise before, during, or beyond your visit.
